How to order

This online shopping site is official shop of All Japan Kendo Federation (or “AJKF”). You can purchase items of AJKF (books, DVD, goods, and other) online. Shinryokusha-Kikaku Co., Ltd. is subcontracted partner of AJKF for administration, sales, and shipping of online shop work.

1. How to order

For our order, please refer “About our cart system” page.

Language can be changed between English and Japanese via language pull down on top-right side of this site.

For order from oversea, credit card or PayPal can be used for payment method. Please refer “About payment” page for detail.

After order is completed, order confirmation e-mail will be sent to specified e-mail address from our online shop system.

2. Order receive

We start packaging process after order and payment is confirmed.

3. Order item dispatch

After packaging process is complete, ordered item will be dispatched. At package dispatch, we inform customer via dispatch announce e-mail. For detail, please refer “About Shipping & Delivery” page.

4. Order item shipment

Pack delivery service will deliver your ordered item.
